Privacy Policy

MINI ("MINI", "we", "us") operates getmini.io, a performance-priced creator marketing marketplace for Indian brands and creators. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. For any privacy question or request, write to support@getmini.io.

Account data — name or brand name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash; we never see it).

Creator profile data — display name, location, bio, content niches, social profile links, follower counts, your content rate, and your UPI ID (collected solely to settle payouts; never shown to brands).

Brand profile data — company name, website, industry, contact details, state, GSTIN, and billing address (used for campaign invoicing and settlement).

Campaign data — briefs, budgets, content submissions, post links, view measurements, and payout records.

Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) needed to run and secure the service.

We use your data to operate the marketplace: matching creators to campaigns, measuring eligible views, settling payments, preventing fraud, and communicating about your account and campaigns. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Data is stored and processed by our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting). Brands see creator marketplace profiles (display name, niches, follower counts, rate) — never your UPI ID, email, or contact details. Payout details are visible only to MINI operations. We may disclose data if required by Indian law.

Campaign funds are held in a MINI-operated bank account and settled manually. We store payout records (amounts, dates, status) and your UPI ID. We do not store bank card numbers or banking passwords.

We keep your data while your account is active, and financial records as long as Indian tax law requires. You can access, correct, or delete your profile data at any time from your account, or email us to delete your account entirely. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), you may also request a copy of your data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise these rights for you.

We use only essential cookies — session authentication. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
